Carol Holt joined Bartholdi Partners in 1994. Her 20 years of training and experience in journalism transitioned her well to the executive search business that depends heavily upon investigative research, writing, interviewing and reporting in an objective way for our clients. Carol has managed searches for executives in a wide variety of firms and functional areas. Her primary focus has been in financial services, healthcare technology and communications. Carol earned her B.A. In Philosophy and French at Simmons College in Boston and attended the University of Missouri School of Journalism master's program.

Jacques de Labry brings to Bartholdi Partners a wealth of experience in the communications networking products and services markets. He has worked on both sides of the table, as a hiring CEO and an Executive Search Consultant, and knows the demands of both. Jacques’ history includes senior management positions at IBM, GTE, GE , ITT , Scion and TimePlex among others. He has served on the boards of several companies. Jacques holds a BA in Business from Yale University.

Ted Bartholdi established Bartholdi Partners in 1971. He has been recognized for many years as one of the leading executive search professionals in the nation in the high technology sector. He has personally conducted well in excess of 200 engagements. Prior to founding Bartholdi, Ted spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of management roles, as General Manager of a division of DPF, Inc. and as President of International Photon. He has served as a Board Member for several public and private companies. Ted is an honors graduate from University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Finance, and has been selected for several Who’s Who Directories.

| Walter Wilowaty |

Walter Wilowaty recently merged the executive search operation of Wood Walters, LLC into Bartholdi. Prior to Wood Walters, Walter was President & COO of TruePoint, a venture capital financed communications server and eCrm software company. He has held senior management positions in a number of public and private companies, currently chairs the TIA Capital Formation Committee, and is a Founding Board member of the Enterprise Communications Association. He holds an M.S. in Computer Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, M.A. in Economics, Montclair State and a B.A. in Art from Edison State.

| Susan Mills |

Susan Mills has more than 30 years of business experience in start-ups, marketing, telecom, publishing and recruitment. Prior to Bartholdi, she worked with over 150 communications technology initiatives as head of TMP. Susan was named Star of the Industry by Computer Telephony magazine in 1997 and received a President’s Commendation for her 10 years of leadership within the MMTA, now TIA. She holds a MBA from St. Mary’s College and a BA in Economics from Centre College.
